Christopher Kimball, the founder of America’s Test Kitchen, recently started a new project: Parents Against Junk Food, a non-profit organization trying to stop the sale of junk food in America's schools.
In a new article, "An Inconvenient Lunch," he proposes that our country's current obesity crisis is not due simply to the $15 billion junk food companies spend each year to target kids -- or to school's who sell these products. Who is the enemy then? According to Kimball: "It is ourselves."
