SpongeBob on the Go: Nickelodeon Launches Cell Phone Service

Nickelodeon has launched a video service for cell-phones, allowing subscribing Sprint customers to view clips of SpongeBob SquarePants and Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, among others. There is also a service for Nick, Jr. shows, and Disney has introduced its own mobile video service as well.

For the true Nick-addict, this probably sounds like a great deal. But it raises a major question for parents: how old should kids be before they start using the new era tech gadgets, like cell phones with video capabilities?
